Hi, I'm Karen Badenhorst, a qualified Social worker in private practice and communication skills trainer passionate about relationships and emotional intelligence.

I was born and bred in Pretoria, but my husband, Gerhard, and our three children moved to Cape Town a couple of years ago. In 1989, I obtained a BA (Social Work) HONS Cum Laude at the University of Pretoria.

Over the years, I've helped individuals, employees, managers, parents, teachers, and youth overcome challenges in both their personal and professional lives. My primary focus is on helping you learn open and honest communication skills that can help you effectively resolve conflict in all social areas of your life.
