I am the owner of a private social work practice in Cape Town, where I provide training, counselling and psychotherapy to organisations,individuals, couples, and parents.

My work focuses on strengthening relationships, improving communication, supporting mental health and emotional wellbeing, and equipping families and organisations with practical, evidence-based skills to navigate life's challenges.
